Grand Opening - Grace Court Care Centre 15th May 2016
Grace Court Care Centre held their "Grand Opening Day" and "Family Fun Day" on Sunday 15th May 2016 to mark the beginning of "Dementia Awareness Week".
The sun shone for the Opening which was well supported by families and friends of the residents.
Entertainment was provided by the popular singer and guitarist, Kevin Mulvaney, and by the local dance group, Paparazzi, led by Jenny Ashton who treated the audience to a novel circus skills set.
A tasty buffet was provided by Sue Woosey and the kitchen staff at Grace Court.
Cupcakes were baked and donated by staff and relatives and donations of sweet and savoury foods were kindly donated by Lidl (St Helens).
Generous prize donations were also gratefully recevied from Fiesta Flowers, Lisa Ireland at The Hair Team, Wynsors, Be Beautiful Salon, Kreative Kirst Beauty Therapist and Farmfoods.
Thank you to all involved for making this such a wonderful day.
